We provide consulting services to government and private sector clients related to aviation, highway, rail, transit, industrial, construction, military, recreational, and entertainment projects.  

We are seeking a Project Coordinator/Analyst to support a variety of projects by combining administrative coordination, research, and technical analysis. The role includes scheduling, tracking, and coordinating project activities, conducting research and analysis, and supporting consulting-focused tasks on subsequent projects while maintaining core coordination responsibilities. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and schedules, tracking progress using Microsoft Project and related tools. Support development of detailed project schedules and Work Breakdown Structures (WBSs) and integrate timelines across multiple projects to identify dependencies and provide a cohesive company-wide view. Track progress, flag conflicts or delays, and provide timely updates to management. 
  • Develop and maintain project and email filing systems for efficient information management. 
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings via Teams and Zoom, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. 
  • Support team collaboration and document sharing through platforms such as Box, Teams, and SharePoint. 
  • Prepare memos, presentations, and other communications for internal teams and clients, and serve as a point of contact for project updates, deliverables, and deadlines. Draft concise analysis memos presenting research findings, modeling results, and recommendations. 
  • Conduct research and perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to support project objectives. Collect and investigate data from various sources, identifying relevant information to inform analysis and decision-making. 
  • Develop proficiency with technical tools and methods such as GIS, SQL, Python, Tableau, and modeling software, assisting with data management, modeling, analysis, and reporting. Analyze and document modeling results, interpreting findings and preparing clear documentation summarizing trends and outcomes. 
  • Draft sections of environmental documents (e.g., methodology, impact analysis) and assemble technical appendices, compiling supporting data, charts, references, or technical details for comprehensive project documentation. 
  • Support consulting-focused tasks on projects, applying specialized methods and delivering technically sound results. 
  • Assist with financial and contractual aspects of assigned tasks, understanding project budgets and constraints. 
  • Demonstrate consistent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through while leveraging available expertise as needed. 
  • Other duties as assigned. 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in acoustics, physics, mathematics, engineering, environmental science, or a related field 
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in project coordination, research, or technical consulting 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Planner, SharePoint, Teams, Zoom, and Box 
  • Experience managing workflows and filing systems to support project efficiency 
  • Ability to prepare and interpret schedules, flowcharts, and step-by-step action plans 
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and client-facing communication skills 
  • Interest in technical analysis and consulting, including modeling, data analysis, GIS, or coding
