Project Overview
This team is the central social media content engine for the brand, creating and distributing engaging content that grows our audience and deepens brand love. Operating in a fast-paced, creative environment, we manage multiple campaigns simultaneously across all major social platforms. As storytellers and conversation starters, we connect the brand with culture and our community.
Overall Responsibilities: This position is a hybrid role that combines rigorous project management, a strong understanding of social strategy, and coordination with cross-functional teams across partnerships, influencers and paid campaigns. This person will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of organic posts, working closely with the internal creative team producers and cross-functional team members to track creative, maintain an up-to-date social calendar, keep teams informed, and ensure all projects are on track, on time and on brand. You will be an organizational backbone of the client’s social strategy team, enabling our strategists, channel managers and partners to do their best work.
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
Coordinate social deliverables with influencer, partnership, and paid social team
Maintain, plan and publish a forward-looking content calendar, with input from head of social strategy and head of creative
Manage internal and external reviews and feedback across the client's social plans
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:
Total years experience: 4+ years of experience in project management or producing, specifically within a creative agency or an in-house social media team.
Skills or processes candidates must have:
Demonstrated experience managing a high volume of creative projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of influencer and/or partner campaigns and production workflows.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail.
Specific Tools or Applications experience: Proficiency with Google Workspace, experience with project management tools like Asana and AirTable
Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of creative software
